Das Auto Werks

I have brought my 2015 TDI to Das Auto Werks for some emissions work. I had not been to their shop before and do not know anyone there. As a bit of a gear head, I was cautious of who worked on my vehicle. The work they did took 1.5 days, which was very timely for the work done. Most of all, I can't give enough praise on their personable staff! These guys are a pleasure to work with and were very accommodating when I returned to their shop later. I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

The staff here were very friendly and helpful with diagnosing the problem with my 2008 Golf. I brought in my car because it wouldn’t start so they worked on it during my appointment and were done by the end of the day. The next day it wouldn’t start again so we called and they got us in right away to look at it. They didn’t charge us for the second day and worked for hours to try to figure out what the problem was. They kept it overnight to make sure it would start in the morning before sending me home with it which I really appreciated. The next morning they called and told me it was ready with no extra charge. Great service and staff. Very impressed.

I went there with a 1998 BMW Z3 with intermittent starting issues. It was a tough one to diagnose but they never gave up and got the problem sorted. Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thanks guys

These guys are awesome. Took my baby to 2 other VW shops before visiting the crew at Das. Neither of the shops could diagnose the knocking on my GTI. I was getting worried but Das had it fixed and back on the road in no time. Excellent service - thanks to Mike for making it happen

I visited this shop as I was in need of an oil leak fix on my Audi. Oil covered most of the engine bay along with various parts. Al was extremely friendly and explained the situation to me in a patient and courteous manner that was straight to the point. The leak turned out to be a major repair, however the team at Das Auto Werks took care of the situation and were able to save me me some money off our initial estimate. I bought a wonderful car here for a great price. The entire experience was really amazing and comfortable! Everyone was so, so helpful and friendly. The heat wave messed up some kind of sensor (I don’t know exactly I know anything about cars) and they ordered the new part and installed it free of charge and it only took half an hour. Can’t say enough good things about these guys, really made things so easy for me! Thanks Das Auto Werks, 100% recommend!

Staffs are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed in no time. After my visit, I can totally understand why they are highly rated on Google.
